COSTA SALVAJE
A stretch of Pacific coast in Guerrero, between a lagoon and the Sierra Madre, where one project became a territory. MUSA was the first neighbourhood. Around it, new places are taking shape, each with its own identity: an agrohood, a surf house, farms and the open land that connects them. What exists today is the foundation. What comes next is more land to protect, and a method built to outlastany single project.

THE STUDIO BRANDS
Before designing places for others, we built our own. Our Studio Brands are independent brands conceived and built by the studio, each born from a place and grown with an identity of its own.
LOOT SURFHOUSE
LOOT Surf House is a cultural platform in the form of a hotel. It grew out of LOOT, a cultural practice built on surf, art, music and food since 2013. The ocean sets the rhythm and everything else follows:a long table, a listening room, objects made for the place. Each house reads its own coast. The philosophy travels; the place decides the look.
