MUSA sits on 110 titled acres between the lagoon, the jungle and the Pacific, 35 minutes south of Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo. Construction began in January 2020. Today it holds 43 residences, with Phase I sold, alongside the Hotelito, the Hideaways and Casa MUSA. A 6.5-million-liter biopool, an artificial reef and solar on every roof keep it running. Not a resort: a living laboratory for new ways of living.
